The scholarships are always provided following the need of the hospital and the applications that are open to every employee yearly.
Currently we support a medical doctor in her education as a master in paediatric care. She will lead our paediatric department in the future and improve health care services to the children and their families in the area.
We offer targeted scholarships for hospital staff who wish to further their education — from accountancy to pediatrics.
These are modest but very meaningful investments, designed to strengthen the hospital’s internal capacity in the long run.
Many recipients stay on to share their knowledge with the next generation.
Our organisation supported in the past already many local colleagues in different trainings and degrees. Together with other partners we believe in empowerment through further education of the local staff.
